According to <Test criterion of living drinking water>(2001),
<Test regulation about sanitation and safety of drinking
water published by Ministry of Health> (2001), Institute
for Environmental Health and Related Product Safety of
Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention tests
the bacteriostasis of complex nanometer functional material(functional
cup) sent by Shenzhen Become Industry & Trade Co.,
Ltd. And the test result shows as table 1.
1. The bacteria used in the test and their quantity:
Coliform(8099) 2.3×103 cfu/mL
Golden staphylococcus(ATCC6538) 2.6×103 cfu/mL
2. Test method: Process complex nanometer functional
material (functional cup) and the contrast with 75% of
ethanol, wash it with asepsis water and air it. Add colibacillus
fluid into tap water of sterilization and denitrification,
made it into original water adding with bacteria and calculate
the live bacterium. Add 10ml original water in test cup
and contrasting cup respectively. Expose it for 24 hours
under room temperature, sample it and calculate the number
of bacteria. Calculate its bacteriostasis effect according
to the bacterial number of complex nanometer functional
material (functional cup) and contrasting cup.
The test operation of golden staphylococcus is the same.
