Can Tourmaline Powder whose granule size is 0.4~0.7µm be solely used on ceramic tiles?

Tourmaline Powder with granule size range of 0.40.7m is not suitable for ceramic tiles by itself. Its better to mix with other powder and re-apply. That will have good effect.
