scale and the enterprise scale are small. In current ozone industry,
most active industry is ozone household electrical appliances.
But at present the homogeneity phenomenon of functions and product
localization is very serious. They cannot meet the diversity
need, much blank needs to be supplemented. Ozone products already
seeped into many industries and domains oversea. From ultra-large
water works, paper mills to household products, the product
lines are very rich. For instance, food industry is large family
of ozone application regardless of keeping fresh or disinfection.
It has been a mature domain overseas. But ozone has not formed
the climate in food domain in our country; the application universality
needs to be urgently enhanced.
Facing the future development of domestic ozone
industry, Wang Shiwen said, the urgent matter is the devotion
of enterprise through enlarging the propaganda, speeding up
the popularization of ozone market knowledge, thus establishing
a overall image of domestic ozone industry, which will make
people not feel strange and doubted to ozone products, promote
consumers’ confidence, promote the growth of market. Moreover,
the domestic ozone enterprise must strengthen the product research
and investment, change the imitation phenomenon of product function
localization existence, and develop a new ozone product with
unique functions and knowledge property right through studying
the market and researching customers. Moreover, the domestic
ozone industry must strengthen the professional autonomy, and
build a good market environment for the ozone product development.

Turn over to think the abuse of disinfecting liquid during
SARS.
People still remember clearly that in this spring
during SARS we once used a great of, excessive peroxy acetic
acid and various antisepsis liquids contained chlorine. The
reason is that SARS is infectious disease with quite strong
infectivity. But the pathogen and infection approach cannot
be certain, and there is no efficient cure. People were shut
in panic psychology, and at a loss. Sanitation service put forward
the important action, which were disinfection, insulation and
drumming in its importance. and mediums were also propagandizing
them. To choose high effective peroxy acetic acid in many disinfectant
fluid and there appeared an unprecedented disinfection upsurge.
Now SARS has become foretime, but the bad result of abusing
disinfectant fluid is still in existence. It sets us thinking.
Take the case of China-Japan friendly hospital, it received
orders as a fixed point of curing SARS patients from April 29,
2003. and the whole hospital started to accept SARS patients
on May 8 after taking a reform. Then it started to disinfect
according to focus of infection. It used peroxy acetic acid
to disinfect air, floor, instruments, and elevators at least
once every day until June 5, when the insulation was unchained
and carrying out ending disinfection. Then, someone pour residual
disinfectant liquid in cloaca directly. The large insufflation
of strong oxidant worked badly caustic damage, and made the
hospital cannot come back original visage. There were many registered
patients, who only can wait patiently. The hospital had to finish
once again. To this nearly half a year has passed, it is still
repairing. The loss is more than millions of Yuan. It is only
recent loss of one kind of disinfectant liquid; the further
loss of using other chloric disinfectant liquid is still unknown.
About common family, the problems of using disinfectant
liquid improperly usually appear in the newspaper. Because it
is short of disinfectant persons who have been trained specially,
it is reported that disinfectant liquid blasted and injured
people and damaged goods as improper transit or storage, the
body parts were burnt as taking disinfectant liquid by accident,
even causing death. The users needed to repair household appliances
and keyholes are increasing quickly.
Turn over newspaper in SARS prevailing term once
again; you could see many articles introducing the usage of
disinfectant liquid, which only talk about usage but note. People
don’t know the harm of disinfectant liquid and usage;
only want to kill pathogeny as soon as possible. As a result,
someone does not get SARS but die of disinfectant liquid. What
a pity.
No one knows when SARS will come back again in
some time. But we will nearly affirm there is also other infection,
how do we deal with it then? Do we follow the same old disastrous
road again? Have relative department studied it seriously? Is
there a better way? As we known, there is a safer way than peroxy
acetic acid early, ozone is a high effective disinfectant, which
is high effective and without harm. So it is a perfect disinfectant.
It is widely used in the disinfection of food preservation,
drinking water and natatorium water etc. Many people in China
are using it at home, but it cannot be pushed without authorization
of some authentic department and newspaper. The lesson of SARS
teaches that we should change our disinfection concept and offer
people high efficient and hurtles disinfectant. We would like
to study ozone, propagandize ozone and teach people correct
usage.
Understand and utilize ozone. I know ozone because
of SARS, and know further about ozone by Internet query. For
the sake of the whole family’s health, we use ozone to
prevent SARS, drink ozone water to keep healthy, cure indisposition
such as pharyngitis, stomatitis, scald and dermatitis by ozone,
take ozone shower to refresh, washing feet with ozone water
to cure tinea etc, and get a good curative effect. All this
makes me feel ozone has an effect of medical treatment, and
it deserves to be spread and used.
Our country is a developing country, and the economic
strength is not strong. To compare with income, fee-for-service
is very high. The difficulties of seeing doctors are common.
Ozone is a favorable arm fighting with illness; also it is cheap
and has good quality. Developing ozone becomes a good idea that
is favorable to people and country. Now the problem is that
many people including medical personnel don’t know what
the ozone is. So to develop medical ozone is very difficult.
But its foreground is very luciferous with leaders’ sustainability,
and we hope relative leaders give some attention and sustain
it.
The suggestions of specific operation:
1. Open a clinique basing on ozone cure, fetch
in foreign mature cure measures and relative equipments. Start
from little risk that is easy to do, and extend largely step
by step. Such as infectious diseases, gynecopathy and cardiovascular
disease etc.
2. Put up experience communions of learning and leechcraft termly.
Invite foreign experts to give a lecture etc.
3. Open a service training workshop and train medical personnel.
4. Using various media and propagandize it strongly in various
types.
Play the factories’ effect; produce high-quality medical
