Product Functions and Features: Adopting special production
process, make nano titanium dioxide etc. multi-nano materials
through transformation into one kind of compound inorganic hi-tech
products. Utilizing proper photocatalytic function of photocatalyst,
through normal light source (including sunlight, lamplight,
etc.) oxidize and decompose various organic substances and part
of inorganic substances to clean out various harmful gases caused
indoor (car) air pollution, such as formaldehyde, benzene, toluene,
dimethylbenzsene, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide
and TVOC, etc. At the same time, it can destroy cell membrane
of bacterium, prohibit activity of virus, and freeze protein
of virus. It also has better prohibiting and eliminating functions
to coliform bacterium, green pus bacterium, staphylococcus aureus,
leaf mold, fester bacterium, dittany bacterium and Klebsiella
pneumonia, etc. It is of purifying air, sterilizing, deodorizing,
mould proof and self-cleaning functions. Its efficacy is permanent
and absolutely avoids second pollution caused by chemical products.
This product presents light ivory-white liquid. Adopting
spray and coat method to form one kind of photocatalyst membrane
surface on the surface of coating. The coating layer is even
and easy to adhibit with the surface of various base materials
(such as metope, porcelain surface, wood and plastic, etc.).

This product is inorganic product. Its main ingredient is
nano titanium dioxide. At the same time it uniquely adds special

capability than common photocatalyst products, and the requirement
to light source has extended from less than 400nm wavelength
(ultraviolet radiation part) to above 530nm (visible light part).
PH is 7. Coated area for 1L is 200m2 (Adopting HVLP spray gun,
its efficacy can be up to coat 300m2 for 1L). Constructing method
is spraying and coating. Directly spray and coat on object surface
needed treatment (such as wall body, ceramic tiles, glass, cleaning
appliance, furniture, lamps and lanterns, leather, polyester
products and inside car, etc.). Drying time of the surface coated
is about 10minutes and completely solidified time is 24hours.

Construction Instruction:
1.Before spraying and coating, please clean the surface coated,
and cover the object not suitable for coating.
2.Please choose spray gun with better atomizing effect to carry
out construction. The distance between spray gun and the surface
coated is about 40cm.
3.Drying time of this product is about 10minutes and completely
solidified time is 24hours. Before completely solidifying, don’t
wipe with force.
Note: Protect from light and avoid high temperature and being
frozen.
