The use and effect of the ozone water

Installation

Installation of SBC-1, SBC-2, SBC-3:
Firstly install automatic switch on cold water intake pipe, then switch on cold water hole right wards of the faucet (absolutely install horizontally and not uprightly, also not mistakenly install on hot water pipe, otherwise ozone generator will be burnt out).
2. Main body installation of the faucet is accordant with other common water faucet. Then plug the short swithching line elicited from the bottom of faucet into the jack of automatic switch.
3. Plug specific power supply into the 220V supply socket, then plug the long connecting line into the jack of power supply box for use.
(Note: In order to convenient for SBC-1 clients to connect power supply under the platform basin, specially fit with standby base. Operating instruction: Take down rubber band on the bottom of the faucet, install the standby base on the faucet foundation. Power supply line is pulled out from the semi round slot of the standby base to the underside of platform basin. and ready for use.).
4.Directly install the faucet of SBC-4 on cold water pipe and switch on power supply. Then ready for use.

Precautions:

1. When using water temperature is under 50?, ozone will work normally. Lower water temperature, sterilizing effect of ozone water will be better. When water pressure is under 1kg, because water flow is so small, indicator light is on and can’t generate ozone water. That is normal phenomena.
2. When faucet discharges water, indicator light hasn’t light smell of ozone, if indicator light isn’t on, and no ozone, please check the plug of power supply line and automatic switching line to see whether it is loose and plug it tightly. Then ready for use.
3. If want to dismantle the faucet, close power supply firstly. After dismantling keep vertical and do not lie down or upend in avoid of that remaining water flows into the machine to damage ozone component.
4. During the course of use if feel water flow become smaller, can dismantle the automatic switch on the intake pipe and clean sundries on the strainer. Then ready for use.(Don’t cancel the strainer otherwise sundries in the water will jam ejecting hole of cassette mechanism.)
5. Pay attention to automatic switch and plug when installing, don’t touch water otherwise control part will be malfunction and damage cassette mechanism.
6.When using water do not plug up outlet intentionally or unconsciously otherwise backwater will burn out cassette mechanism.
7. Ozone water for drinking directly must place quietly for 3~5minutes after ozone has deoxidized. That will be better for drinking.
8. If there is failure and don’t generate ozone, strictly prohibit dismantling by oneself. Can go to the purchased shop (agent) for service.
