Neck pain causes Headaches
"I wake up in the morning and suddenly becomes stiff and painful. Suddenly I have a massive headache and basically become useless. What can I do?"
Your neck muscles have started to spasm. Pain may be felt from the base of the skull right down to the shoulder blades and outwards to the top of the shoulder. Possibly caused by a chilling draft or the position you were sleeping in. The pain can be extreme and debilitating.
