Directions:
1. Wrap the belt around the belly or chosen body part. If a massage or body oil is used, you need to first wrap the body part with a plastic sheet to protect the Sauna Belt. Next insert the plug into the main power socket.
2. Press the 'Mode' button to select Temperature Adjustment Function. The 'Temp' indicator will light. Press arrows to increase or decrease the temperature, 1 grade for each time pressed. The temperature has 3 grades ranging from 45 C ~ 50 C. The default temperature is grade 2.
3. Press the 'Mode' button to select Time Adjustment Function. The 'Time' indicator will light. Press arrows to increase or to decrease the time, 15 minutes for each time pressed (0~90minutes). The default time is 60 minutes.
4. Press the 'Start' button to start heating.
After use, disconnect the plug from the main power socket.
