Q: What is the deference between Photocatalyst Pigment Additive used for interior wall and outer wall? And what is the character of Photocatalyst Pigment Additive? How to use?

A:1. The ingredient of Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, Interior Wall is different from that of Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, Outer Wall. Comparing from their appearance, Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, Interior Wall is much whiter and thinner. But Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, Outer Wall is much grayer and thicker.

2. Photocatalyst Pigment Additive (Slurry Type) just can be used in water milkiness, water solution paint or aqueous pigment. Because nano TiO₂ is passed by modifying treatment of silicon and aluminum envelop (hydrophile) instead of single silicon envelop treatment (lipophilic). Hence, TiO₂ sol is hydrophile, namely inorganic water solubility. When applying Photocatalsyt Pigment Additive in aqueous pigment, from saying of elements, it has no relationship with that aqueous pigment is organic or inorganic (Aqueous organic pigment should use Photocatalsyt Pigment Additive. Only need to note its pigmentation problem). Because oily pigment is only lipophilic but not hydrophily, so no matter what it is inorganic or organic, it should not apply Photocatalyst Pigment Additive.

3. According to certain proportion add Photocatalyst Pigment Additive in aqueous pigment. During the course of stirring make them sufficiently scatter and well proportion. This kind of pigment naturally becomes photocatalyst pigment.

4.Photocatalyst Pigment Additive can be added into grout or putty slurry. The usual adding percentage is 4～6%. Photocatalyst Pigment Additive used for interior wall can be applied in hospital, food and drink factory, and house interior wall coating that required higher antibacterial and anti-mould efficiency.

5.After adding Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, Outer Wall into outer wall aqueous pigment, of course it can be applied on outdoor wall surface or cement.

6.About the relationship between Photocatalyst Pigment Additive, TiO₂ Slurry and Air Sanitizer, all TiO₂ Slurry that is designed and manufactured aiming at the ingredient formula of aqueous pigment and specializes in adding function are Photocatalyst Pigment Additive. In fact Photocatalyst Pigment Additive is concentrated TiO₂ Slurry or concentrated Air Sanitizer.
