A：It is 3 years at least for the tap and 1 year for the power supply. This is our conservative estimate.
Q：If the ozone cell is broken, how can we repair the tap?
A：If you have an order in future, we will send you some spart parts together with the shipment so that you can change it if the ozone cell is broken.
Q：You sell the ozone cells for us and we install them into local taps.
A：We have 2 patents for the ozone tap. One is the power supply with Ozone Generator; another is how to decompound the ozone created into the water equably. The latter is much more important. So, if you only the power supply with ozone generator and then fix it on a common faucet, you can not get a good effect unless you also master the latter patent.
