Q: Does Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Outer Wall) have the function of VOC?
A: TiO2 photocatalyst pigment (outer wall) we produced have self-cleaning and beautiful efficacy. When coating TiO2 photocatalyst pigment (outer wall) on a guardrail in cement, it will form one layer of sealed membrane that has some function of sound insulation, but we cannot promise its anti-noise function. When using, We suggest it’s better to coat one layer of priming first, then coat TiO2 photocatalyst pigment (outer wall), at least two times, and three times is the best. Q: Can apply Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Outer Wall) on the guardrail in cement to reach the efficacy of self-cleaning and purifying air?
A: Coating one layer of Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Outer Wall) on the guardrail in cement of clear highway will have certain self-cleaning and purifying air effect. But due to the empty immensity of earth, ventilation and disturbance in the wind and rain, it is hard for us to evaluate purifying effect to the whole space if using small quantity of Titanium Dioxide Outer Wall Pigment. We consider the efficacy that using this kind of pigment in cities or towns with concentration of population will be better.
Q: Can you offer photocatlytic sol? Does it need spray gun to spray or coat?
A: No, we normally did not sell photocatalystic sol.
Titanium dioxide pigment (outer wall) is used for outer door. In generally, it just need coat and paint. Of course it can also use sprayed by spray gun. The thickness of our pigment is very high. In using it can add 5～10% water according to different condition. But it is better not to add water for crackle of the wall surface. Photocatalyst air sanitizer is used for indoor and generally needs to use spray gun. We can offer spray gun with diameter 0.1mm.
Q: The questions about Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) used a special resin:
1. Is this a synthetic resin?
2. Is it transpirable?
3. Is this paint VOC?
4. You advise to use a primer: only on new walls or also on existing paints?
5. Water fast means water resistant?
6. Has the pigment durability before using?
A: 1.It contains some modifying resin in the ingredients of Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall), but it does not only contain modifying resin. You can see more details in “Main Ingredients” of “Titanium Dioxide Pigment, Interior Wall” on our website.
2.All paints including our pigments will naturally vaporize its moisture after being used, but that does not mean the paint is vaporized.
3.Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) produced by us is water-based inorganic paint and belongs to environment protection paints. Hence, it doesn’t emit formaldehyde and other dangerous gases, on the contrary, during its application, it can efficiently eliminate poisonous gases in the air, such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and TVOC, etc. Of course, our pigments have functions of purifying air, but that doesn’t mean “its omnipotence”. It can’t solve all problems of the exhaust gas of vehicles and PM, etc. We can’t promise its efficiency of anti-noise and removing Nox.
4.Both on new walls and on existing paints walls can be used a primer. Before coating a primer, please kindly use lacquer putty (one kind of cement based composite material, high polymer) strickle the surface of the walls, then coat the primer. 5.Pigments we offered are water fast and of course they have certain functions of water resistant. But in the light of science, we think using “water fast”is more exact.
6.Pigments we offered can keep 12monthes and never degenerative in dry and cool place at 0℃～35℃ before using.
Q: Does Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) you produced have certain permeability? Whether it allows the humidity of the wall to go out through the pigment itself?
A: Yes, Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) we produced is one kind of surpassing first grade (almost the best one) water-based inorganic paints in China. It certainly has air permeability and vaporizing ability. When using it, it must take 2～3days (at least 2days, best 3days) to wait the surface of the wall to dry after using lacquer putty to strickle, then coat our pigment. Due to the air permeability of the pigment we offered, after coating, the humidity of the wall all the same can be naturally vaporized and will not cause the separations of the pigment from the wall. As long as you use according to our requirement, our Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) will never be degenerative, never separate from the wall and fall off at least 10years.
Q: Can your Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall & Outer Wall) be colored?
A: Yes, Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Interior Wall) and Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Outer Wall) we produced are both water-based inorganic pigments and can be colored. But our sample is all basic color, namely ivory yellow. As you place the batch of order, we will color according to the number of color card you selected. We generally use color card of CBCC (http://www.cbcc.com.cn). Chinese construction color cards are with 996 kinds of color and are also with some popular European bar color cards.
Q: How about the quantity of Titanium Dioxide Pigment that is the quantity in one standard container (20 kg/tank and 6 kg/tank)?
A: A 20′standard container can take a load of 21 T. It can contain 1000 tanks pigment (20kg/tank) or 3300 tanks pigment (6kg/tank). (a 40′standard container can take a load of 25T)
Q: Does your Titanium Dioxide Pigment have product patent?
A: We had submitted the patent application of titanium dioxide pigment to Chinese National Patent Bureau. It is still in the course of auditing and transacting. Please kindly believe titanium dioxide pigments we offered are all researched and developed by China. There is no any intellectual property problem.
