Q1: In fully automatic washing machine, the laundry ball cannot be removed until the total washing processes including drying complete. If laundry ball keeps in the washing machine, there is chances of water mixing with laundry ball again making more foam during rinse. Will this do harm to the washing effect?
A: Laundry Ball can achieve the washing effect in fully automatic washing machine.
a. The prescription, decontamination method of laundry ball is quite different from washing powder. Both of them can do washing, but washing powder takes chemistry, while laundry ball takes physical change. It can cut big water molecule into small pieces, which is easy to penetrate into fibers. Then the fiber will swell a bit and remove the stains. The stain won’t swell. So please don't consider the washing method of laundry ball the same as washing powder.
b. During rinsing in fully automatic washing machine, if the clothes are not dirty, 1 round of rinse is enough. If they are very dirty, then 2 rounds of rinse is necessary. The rinsing way and foam of laundry ball is completely different from washing powder. In fact, no chemicals occur during laundry ball’s rinsing process. Only dirty water and stains will rinse out. For not dirty clothes, 1 round of rinse is enough to rinse out the stain.
Q2: Will the content of foam affect washing effect?
A: The foam has no bearing on decontamination capacity. It’s normal that our current laundry ball has some foam. We also have the laundry ball with a little foam, which costs more. So we don't recommend it.
Q3: Will it possible to prolong the serving life of laundry ball by taking it out of the washing machine before rinse?
A: In fully automatic washing machine, there is no need to take the laundry ball out. The washing loads in our instruction are from testing in fully automatic washing machine.
In semi fully automatic washing machine, if you take out the ball before rinse process every time, certainly the washing loads will double. But according to our occident customer’s demand and our research result, the original design objective is to keep the laundry ball in washing machine, in order to save time and make life easier.
Question 1:Our test was performed using:
A/ 2 balls versus 95 G of standard washing powder
B/ 2 balls + 25 G of standard washing powder versus 95 G of standard washing powder
Conclusion: the tested laundry balls cannot replace standard washing powder. Why?
Answer: Washing ball and washing powder should be compared under a fair circumstance. For instance, much testing proves that the decontamination power of 2 laundry balls, type A equals 40-60g standard washing powder. Therefore, in SGS, European standard testing lab and Chinese testing lab, we used 2 type A balls to compare with 40-60g standard washing powders.
Question 2: Why is there no presence of enzymes, sequestering and oxygenated agents? Can those agents be added?
Answer: Prescription and cleansing ways: our laundry ball has a radical distinguish from standard washing powder, that’s, the former is environment-friendly and health-care product while the latter not. This depends on their different composition and cleansing ways.
Washing powder will do pollution to environment and human body. Its cleansing effect is to do with biological active enzyme, and some harmful chemicals such as phosphor. Powder and stain get chemical reaction for decontamination.
Laundry ball adopts active solid granule of no harm to human being. Its effect is by activating water molecule and improving pH value of water.
That’s to say, cleansing way of washing powder is harmful chemical reaction, while laundry ball is physical reactive with no harm. That is also the ultimate reason that laundry ball will replace washing powder.
Question 3: Could the balls be soft instead of hard as they can harm the laundry?
Answer: Of course we could provide soft plastic cover for laundry ball (for example: laundry ball, type C-2, picture in enclosure). But if you’d like type A and type B to be in soft cover, that needs a large ordering quantity, for most of our customers prefer to hard cover.
Question 4: Is it possible to add fragrance?
Answer: We didn’t put any fragrance in laundry ball samples. We could add it according to your demand, but considering environment and healthcare, we think the laundry ball without fragrance is better. Please note that: the residue of fragrance could enter the capillary vessel of body through vein. It may result in some allergic response of sensitive skin. It’s not true environment protection at all.
