Q: Can TiO2 powder be directly coated on the surface of the object?
A: TiO2 powder cannot be directly coated on the surface of the object (such as ceramic wall). After being proceeded into slurry (not simply adding), the powder can be applied on the surface of the objects, usually spraying or coating on it. After having sprayed and solidified completely, TiO2 photocatalystic slurry can form a kind of semipermanent protective film. Without intended destroy by person, it is hard enough to be kept over 10 years.
Q: Does polluted surface have influence on photocatalyst?
A: Photocatalyst is used for purifying air instead of cleaning the surface that has been polluted seriously. But for the polluted surface, when it is away from contamination area and painted with photocatalyst, usually needs 1-2 weeks to clean out the harmful materials that exceed the air pollution criterion as five times as much in your country.
Q: What’s the difference between Titanium Dioxide Powder, Slurry and Titanium Dioxide Pigment?
A: After processing, Titanium Dioxide Powder and Slurry can be used widely. But Titanium Dioxide Pigment (Outer Wall) is only used in paint coating for the outer walls of construction.

Q: Can you supply compound powder that have the function of hydrophile and self-cleaning?
A: Yes, we can produce this kind of powder. But we don’t offer this product. The reason is:
The first is that photocatalytic and hydrophile function of the powder is not obvious (comparing with slurry). The second is that it is very hard for the powder to be used directly for commercial products (otherwise specialized technology). The third is that the powder formula, powder parceling membrane treatment technology, dispersing and blending technology between the powder and the slurry, etc. relate to our key technologies. Currently, we only offer Self Cleaning Coating (liquid for textile) and Self Cleaning Coating (for outer wall).
