(2) Seal the sample in the sealed house with 1m3 for 12hours, and test one time/0.5h with Air Ion Counter made in USA. Total test 16times and record its amounts.
(3) Negative ion concentration of the experimental house deducts that of comparing house, then gain the increasing amounts of negative ion sample generates.
