1. Preparation of Antibacterial Liquid
Confect the Antibacterial Liquid with Deionized water as the ratio bellow
Agent 40g/L
Adhesive 20g/L
2. Processes
Baptist rolling Liquid (rolled rate 70%, room temperature) Drying (100~105 Centigrade) Curing (180 Centigrade, 30 seconds) Baptist rolling Amino-modified silicone softener (20~30g/L, rolled rate 70%, room temperature) Drying(100~105 Centigrade)
Maceration treatment regulation
1. Preparation of Antibacterial Liquid and technique parameter
Confect the Antibacterial Liquid with deionized water as the ratio bellow
Agent (compare to the textile weight%) 3%
Adhesive (compare to the textile weight%) 1.5%
Liquor ratio: 10—20:1 (By deionized water)
Temperature: 20-30 Centigrade
Maceration time: 10—20 minutes
2. Processes
Maceration Dehydrate (liquid50-70%) Drying (80-90 Centigrade) Curing (160 Centigrade, 1 minute)
Note:
(1) Fully uniform the agent before weighing it.
(2) Confined dark storage after weighing.
(3) Spare antibacterial Liquid can be used repeat.
